Art Deco in Paradise Valley
3 Bedroom/2 Bath
Beautiful interior with crown molding, hardwood floors, and updates
Diving pool
Large lot

The interior of this house is great with a lot of character. The kitchen is wide open and there's a very unique setup of the fireplace between the kitchen and living room. There aren't any photos posted of the backyard so we're thinking that's the part they say needs work. There are pros and cons to having a pool because we want to be sure there's enough room to roam for the dogs. We'd make sure to fence it and Gracie would love to swim all the time, but we're not sure we want to take on the maintenance. We also will have to see what neighborhood it's in.
A Stone's Throw From Desert Ridge
3 bedroom + loft/2.5 bath
Newer two-story
Literally across the street from Desert Ridge
Clean, low maintenance backyard with grass

There aren't too many photos of this house available. By what we see, it's very clean and well maintained. It's a small lot, but the backyard looks large enough. It does have a loft, which we could use as an office and eventually a playroom. The area is fantastic and the resale value would go up because of all the new upscale shopping centers going up in the area. There's also really great paved walking trails nearby, which would be good for the dogs. It's very close to 101 and 51. The downside is that it is a 2 story, but we'll see what we think once we see it.
Flowing floor plan in Paradise Valley
3 bedrooms/2 bath
Huge corner lot and RV gate and parking
Lots of exterior storage (sheds)
Tiled throughout

The pictures of this house are really fuzzy, but by the looks of it, the rooms seem to flow into each other and feel open, thus the header title. The corner lot is huge and the house is set back a little from the street. There seems to be a lot of room in the backyard as well. There's a big side yard with the RV parking and a separate grassy area. This is one we'll have to decide on once we see in person to check out the neighborhood and also to see what the bedrooms look like. The appliances are older so we'd be looking at bargaining with the price so we can replace them.Needs some lovin' in Fountain Hills
Located in our hometown
Interior has been redone and updated
Very low maintenance backyard with fruit trees
Arizona room

This is one of a few homes in Fountain Hills we were surprised to come across since most homes in Fountain Hills, regardless of size are usually pricey. This particular one has an updated and clean interior with granite counters in the kitchen, as well as an Arizona room, which for those not familiar, an enclosed climate-controlled patio. The backyard is all gravel so I'd like to put in a patch of grass for the dogs. It's quiet in the back because it backs a wash so we'd never have any neighbors behind us. (We actually took a peek in the backyard...I've even got Brady doing this without me, hehe) The concern with this house is that we'd need to do something with the landscaping in the front yard. It's kind of blank. Also, Brady thinks all or some of the windows might need to be replaced. They look like single pane, so we'd want to do that for energy efficiency anyways.
There's quite a few others we want to take a look at. Should be another fun day (hopefully a little cooler). It's very exciting stuff! We'll keep you updated if we find OUR house :)
