- It's our wedding month! Woohoooooooo! I can't believe how fast the past year has gone. We're finishing up our to-do list, trying to remember the details we hadn't thought of. There isn't too much left, but good grief is the 25th creeping up quickly!
- We're buying a house and moving in this month. BTW, we got verrrry good news from our wonderful and clever realtor Kurt. We did a "floating" interest rate since last week anticipating a drop in the national averages. It sort of reminds me of that game show "Press Your Luck" and we're the contestants waiting for just the right moment to hit the stop button, all the while saying "No whammies, no whammies, no whammies!" Well, it was the right move and we ended up with an awesome interest rate. In addition, we already had the home inspection done so we don't have to worry about that. Just keep praying that the rest of the home buying process goes smoothly!
- Family from all parts of the country are coming into town starting about a week before the wedding. We're so excited to see everyone and hopefully the weather will cooperate. It's been beautiful here in the mornings so I think we're starting to cool off! It'll be so great to spend the week before the wedding with everyone.
- We leave for our amazing, wonderful, relaxing, very much needed honeymoon :) I have about 3 1/2 weeks off work and am so completely psyched about it.
What a month! :) Oh and my bridal shower was last Saturday...I'll post a blog as soon as I get some more pics from my Mama!
