The Travis Canine Trio

Thought I would take the opportunity on this mellow day to share some pictures of our furry children that we've taken recently because well, they might be slobbery and get fur everywhere, but they're sweethearts and well, we love them :)

The first picture is from when we had my parents' three dogs staying with us. This is just to give you an idea of life with 6 dogs in a house full of boxes. Here's 4 of the 6 dogs. Jamie is to the far left, Alex is center, Gracie, and then Annie's looking out the window.
So last weekend Brady finished painting the kitchen (we still have a backsplash to do) and I painted the guest room...while we were busy painting, we had the Avs game on. What were the dogs doing you may ask? Well watching the hockey game, of course!

An update on the paws issues...

In the previous post, there was a picture of Budaj with his paw wrapped. It had been red and swollen and he wouldn't put weight on it. Annie also has another one of her growths on her front paw. Last Friday, Annie, Budaj and myself went up to see Dr. Lorenzo and got the problem paws checked out. We were told to let them air out, Annie got scheduled for surgery January 23rd and Budaj got his paw wrapped with a super duper medicated powder and was given a steroid injection to help with the inflammation. We're happy to report that Budaj is 100% better and is back to playing full-force with Gracie. He's also putting on more weight, which is definitely a good thing.

Other than that, we've been really busy lately with painting...we'll post more about our different projects soon! The guest room is ALMOST complete.
