The furry members of our family :)

In our family, the dogs outnumber us. We don't mind--we love the little monsters. They really are like our kids. Tonight I took some pictures of our fur babies as we did our normal nightly routine.

We'll start with Annie. She's been doing great since having surgery to remove a very large cyst from the top of her paw. I gave her a haircut last week to try to even her out (since the vet had to shave her left leg)...the only problem is that she started to get cold much easier. Now, I don't typically dress my dogs up, but I couldn't stand having her shivering so Brady and I went to not one, but two different pet stores in search of a proper sweater. We found one on 75% off at Petsmart so it was well worth the $4 and it's definitely helped warm her up. You can see her sweater later in the blog.

Here's a profile shot:
In order to remove the cyst, the vet unfortunately did have to remove a toe. Yes, I cringed at that thought too--even more so when he played show and tell with said toe. Annie is  recovering so well and now it doesn't look as bad as I initially thought it would. It's not really noticeable unless you know to look for it.
Brady was cooking dinner so it's no surprise to find Budaj sprawled out in the middle of the kitchen. He loves the cool tile.

We find it hilarious how much Budaj and Gracie love each other. They love to wrestle, kiss each other, or just lay close to the other. We often find them on their chaisse lounge together. Here's the two of them hanging out in the kitchen.

Budaj looks so much smaller than Gracie in this picture. We're estimating he's about 60 lbs, Gracie is about 95 lbs. Waiting for cookies...
Gracie always has the saddest face in pictures
Gracie Girl looking up at Brady :) "Uhh Dad, is dinner almost ready?"
Awww, look at my little family :)
