This photo shows one of my definitions of a perfect little moment. I was reading to a zonked out Kaelyn outside in our courtyard area under our big tree. Typically we read Dr. Seuss, but because she was so out of it, I opted to re-read Eclipse, which is the 3rd book in the Twilight series (the movie version is coming out in June). "Little" was hugging me and I had my favorite blanket of hers covering her to both keep her warm and protect her from the flies. (I shall have to purchase a citronella candle pronto.) The dogs were running around playing and watching birds, always checking back on their favorite little human. The weather was absolutely wonderful--not cold, not hot.
