This is a commonly-heard phrase in our house :) It's funny how this nickname stuck. We've been pretty busy around here. I'm getting back into the swing of work--I'd much rather be at home hanging out with Kaelyn, of course. We've been working on the playroom and I'm very, very happy to say that the mural is DONE! I haven't worked up the energy to go take photos of it yet, but I should have those photos up on Monday or Tuesday. What I can say is that there are 4 palm trees, 2 turtles, 2 dolphins, 1 macaw, 1 toucan, and a surfboard of her very own. It's been a "labor of love" and I'm excited to spend time in there playing. It's definitely a fun room and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. We also put down the foam tile flooring to make the floor softer for her. That was interesting (and kind of fun) to put together.
Kaelyn's doing well. She's been having fun with Brady while he's been home with her. They have their little outings together. She loves riding in the Baby Bjorn and looking around--she stays awake a lot more when we go out so she can watch everything. She also is fascinated with hair. She likes to grab onto a section of my hair...and not let go. She'll also try to grab onto Brady's goatee. Something that cracks us up is how much she "talks"--she makes these funny little squeaks and noises, practicing using her voice.
I'll have a proper blog entry soon, but in the meantime, here are some cute photos of Little:
Relaxing in the recliner

Goofball.

In a habit, literally.

I LOVE her little hands. Oh and this is my favorite binkie of hers.

The perfected scowl. Little is not amused.

Nice Photos.
