Gracie and her favorite Little human

I always figured Gracie would be gentle and sweet with Kaelyn. She's really a kind soul and the quintessential gentle giant (she's 105ish pounds). Over the weekend, I snapped some (mostly blurry because they wouldn't stop moving) photos of the two of them together. Gracie simply loves her :)

Kaelyn watched me wipe some dirt off Gracie's back so she felt the need to finish the job, lol

I don't think Gracie minded

Gracie looks sad in every photo, but what a pretty dog she is!

"Giddy up!"

Blurry, but cute. Gracie rarely gives kisses, but she'll make an exception for her favorite girl

Love this. "Here, Gracie. Have a crocodile."

Reading time--Kaelyn's also used her as a chair and pillow.

I can see them being best buds in the future...and Gracie wearing a saddle at some point, hehe

About Us

Brady and I met in July 2006. Since then, we've been busy, busy, busy. We got married October 25, 2008 and welcomed our "peanut" Kaelyn Evangeline on February 26, 2010. She came into the world with a lot to say and she certainly keeps us on our toes now as a very active toddler. Rounding out our family are two loveable canines--Gracie, our 100+ lb American Bulldog, and Budaj, our Husky-mix pound puppy.

We love just spending time as a family, movies, hockey, and traveling. We're always thinking of our next adventure. We're also all about getting active and healthy these days--combined, Brady and I have lost over 100 pounds.

I try to keep the blog updated, but it's not always easy. Hopefully, it helps keep our family and friends in the loop with some of what we've been up to!
