As some of you may know, our friend Philip (who we affectionately refer to as our "son") has been applying to law schools. He's been accepted at a few different schools, but the 3 contenders were Michigan, New Mexico, and Arizona. It seemed like Michigan was going to be it even though his top choice was to move out here and we had sadly accepted that fact. The other night Philip called Brady and said he's 80% sure he's moving here and last night we found out he's coming out Friday to look for places to live and he canceled his trip to Michigan.
I've already been online looking up apartments for him and it looks like Saturday will include going to check out some of these complexes and going to see
Transformers! We're so excited!
Oh yes and the photo above shows Philip serving as our security detail during our "first look" photos. Yes, that's a Red Wings tie he's wearing. We loved the fact that he wore it and thought it was so very Philip.
