Dr's appt and 25 week belly picture

I had my regular appointment w/ Dr. Doan tonight. Little girl is doing well and has a healthy heartbeat. She's actually measuring at least a week ahead! Brady is very proud. It's not unusual, but if she continues to measure ahead, they'll probably send me for a growth ultrasound at some point to make sure she's not getting too big. 

Apparently there was a miscommunication in the office and they were supposed to have me go for a followup ultrasound to the anatomy scan. Kaelyn had slept through the anatomy scan and wasn't particularly cooperative so they hadn't gotten the best profile shots or images of her heart. Everything looked good so they're not concerned, they just want to get some better pictures. Anyways, so I'm going in on Friday afternoon to get one more look. 

My appointments are still monthly (I think next time they'll switch to every other week) and next time I get to do the lovely gestational diabetes test. Dr. Doan gave me my bottle of "Glucola" in fruit punch flavor that I get to drink before the appointment. Basically it's an ultra-sugary drink. They do a blood draw exactly an hour after and it shows them how well my body metabolizes sugar. 

I also had Brady take a photo when we got home so here's my 25 week, but measuring 26 weeks, belly! I didn't put my hand up over my belly button so you can see how my belly squares out over it.
