Picnic for two

During my day off this past week, I took Kaelyn for an outing to Kid to Kid, where we scored some jeans, tennis shoes, and toys. (If you've never been to one, check it out. I've gotten several people hooked.) Afterward, we went over to Westin to walk around. The weather had been overcast, but it cooperated and the sun even came out for awhile. Not that we would have minded more rain--it was just hail I was concerned about.

Kaelyn slept for awhile as I wandered the property, but when she woke up, we explored some fountains, we both had a picnic lunch and she discovered something pretty fascinating...grass. She was so fascinated with it (and still tired), that it was a challenge to get her to look up from it. You'll see what I mean. I also figured out that my iPhoto program has some pretty decent editing capabilities, which makes it quicker to add effects so I was testing settings.
