Another update...GOOOD news :)

So I thought I found an error in the paperwork Kurt emailed over to us regarding the date the sellers need to respond by since it's on there as tomorrow by 6 p.m., but he told me that the seller's realtor told him they would be able to respond by tomorrow. WOOHOO! That beats having to wait all weekend to hear back.

He also assigned us homework...here we thought we were done with that since we graduated! Our loan paperwork is all drawn up, we just have to fill in the blanks and submit our W2s, bank statements, etc with it. We just have to make sure we have everything ready for when we have an accepted offer so we can move right along.

We have a home inspector on standby for whenever the accepted offer comes through and Brady has started getting boxes for packing. Ah, the joy of packing! I've done my fair share, but this one is different because it'll be moving into our first house! Yaaay. It's always a good excuse to toss or donate a LOT of stuff so that part's good. I personally prefer unpacking, I find that more fun. That will have to wait until we get back from the honeymoon though. At least we won't have to worry about the actual move.

If all goes according to plan, we'll close on or before October 17th. Yeeeeah, the wedding's on the 25th--think we like to challenge ourselves? :) 

Anyways so we're heading over to Brady's shortly to start making dinner, sign the counter-offer and fax it back. Sometime this weekend we'll go over our loan documents, get all our ducks in a row. We'll post tomorrow hopefully and let you know whether they accepted or countered!
