First Christmas, Part Two: Christmas Morning, Family of 3

Christmas morning started a little later than we expected. Kaelyn woke up around 4, had a bottle, and we were all trying to get some quality sleep when 7:30 rolled around. We decided we should probably rise and shine and get to the festivities. Once we padded downstairs in our pjs and socks, showing off some major bed head, we got really excited to start opening presents.

We opened up quite a bit for Little, but wanted to space out her presents throughout the day so she wouldn't get overwhelmed. She did really well though and she even opened some presents herself (with a little assistance from Momma).

I thought this sequence of photos was funny--we tried to get Kaelyn to look up at the camera, but it seemed like every time she looked up, Brady didn't...and vice versa. (She was helping Daddy with some of his presents.)

Finally I got both of them to look...and it's out of focus. Oh well. Yes, we stuck bows to her head all morning.

Reading Little's new "My First Christmas" book from Aunt Debbie, Uncle Tony, Alex, & Nicole...she loved it! She also loooves tags, which is what she's holding.

Silly Monkey Pillow Pet (the first of two monkey stuffed animals. The other is a tad...okay, it's enormous.)

Next up: The one where our house turns into a mini ToysRUs.
